ELP Construction is a family-owned Bay Area builder led by a founder with more than two decades of hands-on experience. We build luxury custom homes, complete remodels, and ground-up construction — and we treat every project as a chance to outdo our last. Precise craftsmanship, honest communication, finishes chosen to last generations. The homes we build tomorrow will be even better than the ones we're proud of today. We're a family, and we build like one — it's why homeowners trust us with their homes, and investors trust us with their capital.
Pooya Shehni has been building since his earliest working years — a lifelong craft he carried through decades of hands-on work, and in 2015 devoted himself to fully once again. In 2023 the family founded ELP Construction on a simple conviction: build every home as a reflection of us — as if it were our own — and treat every client like family. Since then, ELP has delivered custom homes, remodels, and development projects across the Bay Area — earning its reputation one handshake, one home, one lasting relationship at a time.

Pooya is both the leader and the builder — setting ELP's vision, investment strategy, and growth while staying hands-on as general contractor on every project. With more than two decades of craft behind him, he selects every project, builds the right partnerships, walks the sites with the crews, and holds every home to the standard he'd demand of his own — quality, integrity, and excellence without compromise.
Elham Parvin
Elham oversees company-wide operations and strategic direction as a shareholder and partner, helping guide ELP's long-term growth and business decisions.
Elnaz Shehni
Elnaz oversees the business side that keeps ELP running efficiently. She manages financial operations, accounting, budgeting, project administration, payroll, vendor coordination, marketing initiatives, internal business systems, and strategy for growth — helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Adrian Rubio
Adrian is the steady hand on every ELP job site — leading projects from planning through completion, running crews, schedules, budgets, and inspections day to day. He works side by side with clients, consultants, and the construction team so every project moves safely and efficiently, and clients know him as their go-to: responsive, direct, and committed to getting every detail built to ELP's high standard of craftsmanship.
Elina Shehni
Elina leads ELP's acquisition efforts — identifying opportunities and guiding due diligence — and helps market and sell completed developments to qualified buyers.
